Federal Government Spies on Personal Finances

It never stops. . .

Liberalism is about control and command, and what they accused Bush of wanting to do, they have no problem doing themselves.

Would this not be in violation of the Constitution?  Is this not illegal search as warned by the fourth amendment?

The Obama administration is drawing up plans to give all U.S. spy agencies full access to a massive database that contains financial data on American citizens and others who bank in the country, according to a Treasury Department document seen by Reuters.
